The Leasing Agent
As the leasing agent for Spaces Apartments I am more than a voice on the phone or a face at the desk. I am the first person everyone meets. We believe in great first impressions which is why my desk is right in front to greet, chat with, and help everyone.
My every day is filled with random acts of kindness and spontaneous surprises because leasing is more than simply showing an apartment to a future resident. I am here to help make you feel at home and happy to live here. For future residents I show the type of community we have to offer them. From being able to walk to events in our neighborhood to making smore’s at our fire pit with friends. For out of town guests I suggest restaurants nearby because as a resident of Spaces I want them to know what type of lifestyle they can have living here.
Creating a rapport with the residents, even those from our sister properties is important. Residents are always welcome to sit down and chat. I enjoy hearing what’s going on in their lives. After all, we are part of the package of living at Spaces.
