|Recommended: YesComfort and convince — I needed a short-term studio rental close to shopping and amenities. I like that there is surface parking as well as the option to purchase garage parking. While I did have an issue with noise, it was solved after speaking with the property manager. I'm glad I chose to lease here.

|Recommended: YesNew move in — Move in is great, besides the fact you have to make 10 trips outside because the entryway is so far away from the parking spots. It would have helped if I could’ve used a parking garage spot to transfer my belongings in for the move in date, rather than drag them through the garage. Upstairs neighbor makes sleep incredibly difficult. Otherwise maintenance is amazing and on top of things, I would just prefer a notice if they’re coming to do repairs and what time for, so they don’t walk in on me unpresentable, since there are no deadbolts or time between them knocking and walking in.

|Recommended: NoNOT WORTH IT — 1 Good luck getting a parking spot after 6pm. They will be sure to tell you about the 80 DOLLAR A MONTH garage as a solution.
2 The walls to the hallway is super thin. Anyone walking by will wake you up.
3 Someone apparently puked on my floor 4th and it smelled that way for about a month
4 Pretty cheap appliances and overall construction. Washers and dryers provided are terrible.
5 Maintenance staff was actually pretty good and responsive.
6 GOOD LUCK GETTING A SECURITY DEPOSITE BACK. I had normal wear and tare from furniture resting against the wall and it required a total repaint . Plus other ticky tacky stuff. It just so happen all the paint needed was exactly my security deposit. Go figure So count your deposit as more of a remodel donation.
OVERALL Not worth it. There are many other nice apartments in the area that I heard good things about that I didn't deal with.
