|Recommended: YesSimilar to College Apartment Living — A lot of people here are young professionals or still in college, which is nice for young people, but they also treat this place like a frat house rather than a home. The amenities are amazing however and would recommend this to anyone.

|Recommended: YesSpaces Apartments — Overall nice apartment complex and is convenient downtown living. Nice having a small gym within the complex. Poor construction with cheap materials and appliances. Sound proofing is lacking and is easy to hear my neighbors dog barking and noisy partying late at night.

|Recommended: YesI love Spaces — I love living here with the sense of community. All of our neighbors have introduced themselves and say hello when we run into each other. The community events are awesome, and the property as a whole is well kept and clean. I can't wait to recommend Spaces to friends in the future
