Great Complex with Noisy Hallwayssubmitted by Joshua I. - |Recommended: YesThe grounds, amenities, upkeep, and staff are tops. My specific apartment has the bedroom adjacent to the hallway. You can hear anything and everything that goes by this means potentially loud neighbors . Not enough parking.

It's a nice place to live.submitted by Julie S. - |Recommended: YesI have never been able to hear my neighbors through the walls. I like the controlled access to the building.
Like living in an awesome Hotel, and puppies.submitted by Thomas H. - |Recommended: YesThe only reason I give Noise 3 stars is because whoever is above me apparently only wears Danish Wooden Clogs. They seem to always get ready in a panic, and they drop things often, sometimes I worry about whoever is up there. One day however, I could hear them playing catch with a puppy, that dog was sliding and falling everywhere and it sounded hilarious. Construction encompasses a ton of things, and most of them are great, I'm only nit picky about a few things. That being said, the way my apt holds in heat has kept me happy this winter. Best apt office staff ever.
Noise questionsubmitted by Lucas D. - |Recommended: NoThe noise rating system is a bit confusing. Does 5 stars mean that you can hear your neighbors all too well Does one star mean that you can't Or does 5 stars mean that the noise level is good low I gave it two, because the noise isn't as bad as it can be, but it could be better. I can't hear through the walls at all, which is awesome. However, the bedroom is right by my apartment door. Our apartment doors do about as much to prevent noise as Metallica does. So, when the brat pack is roaming the halls at 3a, I have the pleasure of hearing IQ-eroding comment and drool droplet hitting the floor like they were happening scant millimeters from my sacred eardrums. This is not the building's fault. If Spaces could cure idiocy, it could save Western Civilization. So, don't consider this a complaint. Perhaps some signage by the elevator Geeky Cool residents If you talk in the hallway after 10p, you will be beaten on the soles of your feet before a crowd of gleeful onlookers
Great place to live situated close to Midtownsubmitted by Roberto R. - |Recommended: YesThe management is really friendly and I feel like they really get to know you, Excellent space with great amenities, pretty cool place to live and I love how close it is to midtown. the only gripe I have is that I find it a bit on the expensive side.
One of the best decisions I've made.submitted by Zachary H. - |Recommended: YesI looked at a lot of apartments before choosing Spaces. The staff is great and will work with their residents to solve issues. The building is gorgeous even in the winter.
Midtown location makes the apartment desirablesubmitted by Tiffany H. - |Recommended: YesFun, friendly atmosphere

Beautiful, new, spacious, and noisy.submitted by Alicia R. - |Recommended: YesIn future designs, need to add additional insulation between floors, can hear upstairs neighbor and their dog barking all the time.
Great Location and awesome amenitiessubmitted by Matt F. - |Recommended: YesThe location is really nice. Walking distance to Midtown Crossing and close to the Old Market. My wife and I took advantage of this great location quite often by going to the nice restaurants and bars located close by. The amenities of Spaces were also very nice. We utilized the pool and the grills during the summer, and they were always kept up really nice. The gym was also one of our favorite things about the apartment. We really used it a lot. The free Starbucks coffee was also a nice treat. The front desk staff was always nice and helpful, and would pick up our mail when we were out of town for long periods of time. That was really nice Our biggest concern with the apartment was the dogs. It seemed like everyone who lives here, except us, had a dog. The hallways always smelled like urine, feces, or wet dog. It would get really bad at times. Even the elevators would smell. On many occasions we would find a dog had urinated in the hallways or elevator. We even found feces at times in the hallways. Also, the barking got really annoying, especially in the middle of the night. Overall, the apartment is nice. The units have nice appliances and everything is new. They are perfect for single people. We live in a Junior One bedroom, and it is too small for two people, but would be perfect for a single person. I would recommend this apartment to my single friends because of the nice amenities, good location, and friendly staff.
I love my apartment. The words my friends use to describe my apartment are warm and cozy.submitted by Teresa M. - |Recommended: YesFirst, I have to give kudos to the incredible, friendly, and extremely professional staff. I really enjoy Ashley, Michael, and Kristine, who are all sweet and kind and smart. The amenities here are great, the staff feeds my cat while I'm away, and it's somewhere I can be proud to invite people over and host them. The location is perfect, since I'm so close to school, downtown, and the midtown area. My kitchen is huge, and the maintenance staff is great.
Nice looking property, a little too expensive for the quality of building materials used and appliances offered in rooms.submitted by Collin O. - |Recommended: YesNice property, a little too expensive for the quality of building materials used and appliances offered in rooms.
Love living heresubmitted by John O. - |Recommended: YesMy wife and I love living at Spaces. We enjoy the common areas, the quality of our apartment, and the friendly staff.
Nice, but noisysubmitted by Linda P. - |Recommended: YesThe amenities at Spaces are great as well as the apartment units. The biggest problem here is the lack of sound barrier between neighbors. While conversations can't be heard, the sounds of cabinets, doors, showers, and laundry machines can be heard. Additionally, you can hear everything going on in the hallway outside of your door i.e., people walking by, dogs barking . This is especially problematic when your bedroom wall is shared with the hallway 1 bedroom jr units and your immature neighbors drunkenly fight in public. And when your neighbor slams the door... it shakes everything up. Admittedly, it could be that I have inconsiderate and obnoxious neighbors and it's not necessarily a problem with the apartment building, but it's hard to discriminate sometimes.
