submitted by Jillian B. - |Recommended: YesSpaces is the place to be — It's a lot of fun living in Spaces. Excellently located between downtown and midtown. People are super friendly. Never have had any problems looking for parking. Nice apartment with very nice modern amenities. Definitely recommend.

submitted by Evan W. - |Recommended: YesThe property is youthful and friendly with plenty of amenities for everyone. — It kind of feels like a more mature dorm style housing that's not in a college town or filled with a bunch of disrespectful teenagers. It has a pool which is an awesome during those hot summer days. The gym is lacking in some equipment. like a bench and squat machine.

submitted by Lydia P. - |Recommended: YesDecent — decent, but not worth the price and several useless fees for things not needed or desired. Parking is terrible and its hard to find a place most days if after 5 00p. Things not fixed in a timely manner. Mostly quiet and secure.

This way, you will always have an assigned stall when you get home. These summer months brings a few more guests by which take up some of our extra parking stalls. submitted by Niyah G. - |Recommended: YesLOVE LOVE LOVE — I absolutely love Spaces. The people are great and extremely kind. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with noise, cleanliness...nothing. Management and staff ... AMAZING. They really care about the tenants and make sure we all have what we need or that things are working properly. They do the little things and it makes a big difference. My garbage disposal wasn't working, I submitted a work order and someone was there within an hour and had it fixed and working. I haven't had any issues with parking at all. Anyone who says there is an issue with parking, I'm not sure what they are talking about. There is plenty of parking on the side of the building, in front, and in the back. There are all these little features about the apartment that really make it feel like home. From the coffee machine in the lobby to the tv's and lounge chairs to the gym to the grills outside. Everything you would ever need is here.

It's winter, it's hard to keep plants alive and pretty. I moved in not too long ago and this place is just great. My garbage disposal wasn't working, I sent in a request and someone was there the next day and got it working The ONLY reason I gave three stars for appearance is because it is winter but I'm not sure if the upkeep of plants and things like that. Although, this far this place is kept spotless so I can only imagine the upkeep around here is great. Melissa sold me my apartment and she is just the sweetest person ever This is a great place to live. Super close to downtown You can't go wrong living here

submitted by Logan F. - |Recommended: YesVERY FRIENDLY AWESOME GREAT AMENITIES — SPACEs Apartments is such a great apartment community. The tenants are all friendly, the amenity package is top notch, and the units are fully equipped. Only negative I can note about SPACEs is that they have slow elevators which is not that bad.

submitted by Kathryn P. - |Recommended: YesIt's a great place to regroup — The personal touch is great Half birthday celebratory cupcakes, free coffee, gym, breakfast on first Fridays and happy hour Friendly staff and resident, and its mostly a quite place, I say mostly just because I am on the first floor so when people upstairs are walking around you hear them but its nothing out of hand. Super handy to get anywhere from here. You can be social or not and its all good. All the residents seem very friendly.

submitted by Jena M. - |Recommended: YesBeyond the Standard — All the staff at Spaces are so wonderful and personable and thoughtful They add extra touches details to everything and that goes a long way. From the First Friday breakfasts, the treats and wrapping station at Christmas, to backyard fires and the Starbucks machine, all of these extra things make it feel more like home. I have LOVED my experience there and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice downtown option.

submitted by Adam C. - |Recommended: YesGood Starter apartments for Post Grad and new to a city — Moved to Omaha for work, and needed to find a place to reside quickly. Spaces is more of a summer place due to the outdoor amenities. One key thing is the parking lot they have, this was big to me as I never lived in a city before and wanted to know I had a place to park at the end of the day. Only down fall I see are the appliances, not good quality and sometimes they do not work properly. But for the price, it defiantly is a steal.

submitted by Leonel C. - |Recommended: YesAwesome Community — The building is clean and trendy and the residents are nice. They did a good job designing the amenities and staying in on the weekend is actually not bad with grills, a pool, and a fire pit .
