|Recommended: YesAwesome Place — This place is great. Friendly staff and maintenance crew. Great property. The landscaping looks amazing. My only complain is sometimes hearing the neighbors just a little too loud. Also, if you come in after 9pm it can be difficult in trying to find a parking spot. Overall, I love this place and would highly recommend it.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location and Great atmosphere — Everyone that works here and live here are very social and approachable. Location is great, very close to midtown and downtown. Easy access to freeway and I can spend a whole weekend just in the lounge or courtyard.

|Recommended: NoCheap — The amenities are great, but it was a very low quality apartment in terms of appliances, cabinets, counters, and floors. You can hear your neighbors through the walls in the hallways. Many of the apartments have minimum cabinet space, and the ones you do have are not solid wood cabinets. Only the kitchen island is a true counter top surface, on top of the cabinets is a very low quality press on counter that stains easily. Stove is electric and difficult to clean. Garbage disposal and dishwasher constantly back up because they were low quality and couldn't handle normal wear and tear from two people. Not worth the price of the apartment. It feels like you are living in a college dorm again. People are allowed dogs, but they are not responsible and don't clean up after their pets. Cost of parking was way too high which explains their very empty garage.

|Recommended: YesFantastic, a wonderful living environment for anyone and everyone. — I would tell them that it's a great apartment. From the staff to other tenants, I have never lived in a friendlier or more accommodating environment. Moving over 9 aways from family and friends and not knowing anyone in Omaha, I could not have picked a better apartment to live at

|Recommended: YesSo many amazing things and features with a tinge of frustration. — I would tell them how awesome it is in so many ways Clean, friendly, the free coffee and great staff, awesome amenities and clever layout. However, I would also share the fact to live on the third floor because I either have an incredibly heavy footed angry neighbor that I can hear walk with earplugs in and my noise machine on that keeps me up or wakes me up and very quiet people next to me or the side insulation is better then the ceiling. I understand apartment living and noises etc.I hear dogs bark and I don't even care about that because people are very mindful about their pets here and that is rare as opposed to most places so great job on that but I would love to not have my lights vibrate when someone walks above me. After my lease is up I'll be moving to the third floor for sure
I enjoy having a friend or two over and I hope the large parties of 25 to 30 or more where people are climbing over the fence or just being let in by people that don't even live here don't happen that often. I don't mind laxatives of people but I didn't choose this place for it safety features and being out on the patio and seeing that the other night did not make me feel safe. I'm guessing that was an isolated incident so it wouldn't keep me from telling people about spaces. I even took cards to my studios in midtown because I was very impressed with the young lady who help me with my apartment.

|Recommended: YesVery pleased so far — The apartment units are fabulous, the community has a lot of great amenities to choose from, and the pricing is very reasonable. We have also been very happy with how dog friendly the building is Our only issues have been how poorly other residents share the parking lot and how other dog owners can be disrespectful of shared spaces. Otherwise we are very happy living here.
|Recommended: YesWonderful apartment complex with great staff and lots of features — There is so much included in Spaces. The pool, grills, dog wash station, video games, lounge, golf, and much more. Every time I looked around I found something more. It's a great location, convenient to everything. Most important is the staff located on site was a huge help. They made me feel like I had a concierge available at all times. That's great for a guy new to town.

Parking has been fine. Regardless of what time I arrive there is always a space available. Maybe it is different in the winter but so far so good.
Noise
I'm actually kind of shocked how much you cannot hear neighbors it's very nice. Within the last week or two there have been children running in the halls on the weekend in the morning. That's been annoying but nothing against the apartment.
Grounds
There isn't garbage everywhere so 5 stars. My standards are low here. Other tenants need to pick up there dog poo though...

They are quick and silent which is cool but on my last work order I asked what time they would come in and they completely ignored that and just came in whenever. The reason I asked is because our dog wears a dog bark collar and I didn't really want randoms to scare him and set off the collar. I would have preferred to be their.
Staff
Staff is great. Ashley Newton in particular is an all star. I don't know how much she gets paid but it's probably not enough. It's one thing to memorize everyone's names but I think she has all of the tenant's dog's names memorized too. She's amazing.

|Recommended: YesGreat Complex with Noisy Hallways — The grounds, amenities, upkeep, and staff are tops. My specific apartment has the bedroom adjacent to the hallway. You can hear anything and everything that goes by this means potentially loud neighbors . Not enough parking.

|Recommended: YesSpaces — I would say that just like everywhere it has it's ups and downs. It has a great location with great staff and it's an ideal place if you have pets.
