|Recommended: NoYes, I love the property but the noise level is too much. — The walls are very thin and you can hear the people above you walking around and closing doors. If you use the washer dryer don't run them during the night or morning because you wont be able to fall asleep with how much noise they make. 303 seems to be up at all times throughout the night making noise.

|Recommended: YesSpaces is a great apartment for students. — Spaces is a very safe area, especially for single young adults. I can walk my dog outside and not feel tense about my surroundings. It's also minutes from Creighton and UNO, and the freeway. I can get to West O pretty quickly without hassling with Dodge St. The walls are pretty soundproof and I've never had a problem with neighbors. Parking isn't too bad as long as you are getting home at reasonable hours. The residents are very friendly and staff are always helpful. Plus, free coffee, what a steal.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice — Everything has been great since moving in. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is usually very clean as well. I do not like pets being allowed but its because of my allergies. In general they have not caused many issues for me.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful property and well managed — This is the best living experience I've ever had. The lobby is beautiful and is a great place to hang out. The outdoor courtyard is awesome as well. The management is always on top of things and is really helpful. I've had no complaints

|Recommended: YesSpaces is amazing — The location is awesome. It's really the best part about living here. It's minutes away from Midtown and Downtown. Everyone that lives here is super friendly, and very welcoming. The staff is also so friendly and helpful Friends and Family that come to visit are so floored by how amazing this complex is. The only complaint I'd have is parking is pretty limited, but with that being said you can always getting a parking pass in the garage.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I have lived in multiple cities for work, and lived in multiple apartment complexes. Although I was only in Omaha one year, Spaces was a great place to live. They do a wonderful job of keeping the common areas very clean, and the staff are always very prompt and ready to help. I only had to submit 1 or 2 small maintenance request, and they fixed the problem within 24 hours. Furthermore, the pool and outside amenities were an added benefit. The free Starbucks coffee ever morning also saved me some money as I didn't have to buy coffee as much.
I would highly recommend.

The location, amenities, price and staff are amazing I look forward to a night in during the week and hanging out in the lobby on the weekends with other friends who live at Spaces. I close to all the fun when living here. Just minutes away from downtown and midtown.
